O2 Business Coaching came to us with a website that just didn't convey this vast experience and his love of the military, whom he gives discounts for. Cooking is his real passion, and his culinary expertise has taught him that both food and successful businesses need great ingredients, experience, and timing. Many of Richard's clients have benefited from this expertise and we're proud to have his website in our portfolio.

Richard is also a decorated combat veteran, a professional chef/pastry chef, and have held various leadership roles in the culinary industry, education, and management. Additionally, he's have been active in community service and continuously engage in professional development to improve his coaching skills.
